What happens if I don't use all my hours in a month?
Hours don't roll over. The retainer is structured around dedicated availability — I reserve that time for you each month regardless. If you consistently use fewer hours, we can discuss adjusting your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move between Maintain and Build at the start of any new billing cycle. For a Custom engagement, just reach out and we'll restructure accordingly.
What counts as a "task" or "hour"?
Any work inside your GHL account, funnels, automations, AI agents, or integrations. Everything is logged in your Client Portal so you always know where hours are going.
Do I need to already have GHL set up?
Not necessarily. If you're starting from scratch, we can discuss whether a one-time build project or a retainer from day one makes more sense for your situation.
What's the minimum commitment?
Retainers are billed monthly with no lock-in. You can cancel before the next billing cycle with no penalty. That said, the best results come from consistency — most clients stay 3+ months.
What if I need more than 20 hours in a month?
If you regularly need more than 20 hours, a Custom engagement is the right fit. We'll scope your actual needs and price it accordingly — no awkward hour tracking or overage fees.
