By engaging the services of Ana Togonon ("I", "me", "my") through anatogonon.com or any associated platforms, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
I provide GoHighLevel setup, automation, funnel building, AI systems, and related digital services on a monthly retainer basis. The specific scope of work is agreed upon during onboarding and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Retainer hours are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Retainer fees are due at the start of each billing period. Accepted payment method is Wise. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
- Maintain retainer: $800 per month (10 hours)
- Build retainer: $1,500 per month (20 hours)
- Custom engagements are priced individually
Late or failed payments may result in a pause of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Either party may cancel the retainer with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a billing period has begun are non-refundable for that period.
Refunds are not issued for work already completed or hours already allocated within an active billing period.
To deliver work effectively, I require timely access to the tools and accounts necessary for each project. The client agrees to:
- Provide access to GoHighLevel and relevant platforms within 48 hours of onboarding
- Respond to questions and review requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide accurate information about their business, systems, and goals
Delays caused by late client responses or access issues may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Ana Togonon.
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property. I retain the right to reference the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any tools, templates, or systems I have developed independently remain my intellectual property, even if used or adapted in client projects.
I treat all client information, business data, and systems with strict confidentiality. I will not share, disclose, or use client information for any purpose outside of delivering the agreed services.
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period. I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables, including but not limited to lost revenue or data loss.
I am not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel outages, Wise payment delays, or API changes) outside of my control.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated directly to active clients. Continued engagement after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
